To punch employees will either move the badge towards the badge reader symbol on the front of the PCPROXHID or tap the Clock IN/Out button and enter a PIN. When the badge is in close proximity to the PCPROXHID, a confirmation beep will sound, a text message will appear, an audio message may be played, and the display will turn either green for a good transaction or red for a bad transaction. The PCPROXHID allows for up to 1000 employees to be assigned.
